When does your trip start?

Please enter the date you start your trip (dd/mm/yyyy). You will be covered for cancellation and changes as soon as you pay for your policy. You can select any date in the next 12 months.

Cover for one person over the age of 16.

Couple

Cover for couples (married, civil union or defacto partners who have lived together for over three months) aged 16 and above.

One adult travelling with children

Cover for one adult plus up to nine children belonging to either you, your spouse or partner (including legally adopted or fostered children). If you need cover for more than nine children please call 0800 244 467. Children must be living with you or in full-time education and all up to the age of 20. They must also be accompanied by an insured adult when travelling.

Family

Cover for couples (married, civil union or defacto partners who have lived together for over three months) plus up to nine children belonging to either you, your spouse or partner (including legally adopted or fostered children). If you need cover for more than nine children on a Family policy please call 0800 244 467 to arrange cover. Children must be living with you or in full-time education and all up to the age of 20. They must also be accompanied by an insured adult when travelling.

Unaccompanied Minor

Cover for one person who is up to the age of 16 travelling alone. A parent or guardian is required to purchase this insurance and will need to complete a contact form later in the application.

All travellers are currently in New Zealand
All travellers hold a NZ passport, a residency visa or are they an Australian passport holder living in New Zealand? Or, do all travellers hold a working visa or permit which allows access to all publicly funded health and disability services in New Zealand and is valid until the end date of insurance
The policy holder has access to a valid New Zealand bank account to receive any claim payment relating to the policy
All travellers intend to return to New Zealand at the end of their trip
No travellers are intending to have cosmetic surgery or medical or dental treatment, or advice, while overseas
No travellers have been advised that they are not fit to travel by a medical practitioner
All discounts apply to base premium and cover for specified items, but do not apply to any additional premium for covered medical conditions.
